Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Technical Advisor based in Dublin, with flexibility for some work from home. The Senior Technical Advisor will provide daily technical support and troubleshooting to customers, ensure timely and effective communication with clients, and develop solutions to complex technical issues. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, conducting analytical assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for assessing and solving complex technical issues
• Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams
• Proven experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are a plus
• Qualification in a relevant construction related discipline preferred such as civil engineering, surveying, or architecture
