Within AXA Partners CLP’s Operations’ service, you report to the Head of Partner Journey and Operational Excellence
you manage a team currently composed of one person.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain the Operations Control Framework to reduce risks and ensure regulatory and AXA compliance.
- Validate the performance of controls for AXA CLP internal processes and external TPAs acting on behalf of AXA CLP.
- Support functions in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of control measures.
- Refine KPIs, conduct data analysis, and strengthen the visibility of controls for proactive risk oversight.
- Lead risk assessments across all internal operations and with TPAs (e.g., FMEA) and propose mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement targeted mitigation strategies to reduce risk exposure and strengthen process resilience.
- Maintain an inventory of control measures and systematically evaluate their effectiveness.
- Provide expert support when introducing new controls, products, TPAs, or organizational changes.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and reporting mechanisms with the Data Analytics team for real-time visibility.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence and lead a development team dedicated to overseeing the framework.
- Direct reporting line to Head of Partner Journey and Operations Excellence based in Shannon
- Working relationship with Head of Service Pillars, Head of Controllership, Data Analytics
- Working with Operations Managers and stakeholders based in all AXA Partners CLP countries
- Design a control framework team leveraging existing resources where feasible.
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in the Management of a Team desired.
- 10+ years of experience in project management involving change and process design; proven experience in operational controls, risk management, or compliance. Experience in leading change and program management.
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Risk Management, or a related field; certifications in risk management/compliance (e.g., CRM, ARM, CPCU) a plus.
- Skills in FMEA, data analysis, and development/monitoring of KPIs; ability to drive change and process transformation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional teamwork; strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience managing teams of controls professionals or leading process initiatives; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
