About Us:

Centric Mental Health is seeking passionate and skilled Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic multidisciplinary teams delivering primary care mental health services. We are dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centred paediatric assessments and therapeutic interventions. Our digital tools and electronic records help minimize administrative burden, allowing clinicians to focus on delivering excellent care.

We are looking for experienced clinicians with paediatric experience who are interested in working as part of a collaborative, flexible service.

Benefits:

  • Flexible Working: We offer hybrid flexibility for administrative or non-clinical tasks, while assessments must be conducted in our Dublin clinics at mutually agreed days/times.

Specific Job Details:

  • Contract Type: Contractor
  • Working Hours: Flexible, to be agreed
  • Working Pattern: Flexible, to be agreed
  • Salary Range: Commensurate with HSE pay scale, dependent on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive paediatric assessments and provide therapeutic interventions as appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support child mental health and wellbeing.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other healthcare professionals.
  • Adhere to professional and ethical standards.
  • Keep up-to-date with relevant research and CPD in paediatric occupational therapy.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet clinical deadlines.
  • Engage in clinical supervision to support professional development and ensure safe, effective practice.
  • Report to the Principal Specialist Psychologist lead on the clinical team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with CORU
  • Experience providing paediatric assessments and therapeutic interventions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
  • Fluent in English
