Responsibilities:

• Manage Maintain all automation systems hardware server systems operating system software and automation data networks.
• Assist in Day to Day support and administration to production areas for automation and OT systems.
• Respond to service calls user requests and SNOW Service Now portal incidents and requests.
• Responsible for generation of system related change controls and execution of project documentation: Schedules Validation Plans Reports IQ OQ documents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Lead and participate in capital projects.
• Comply and adhere to cGMP practices and regulations Novartis quality guidelines global and local SOPs.
• Liaise and co ordinate third party vendors where required.
• Develop an understanding of the sites manufacturing logistics and quality management business processes.
• Encouraging user adherence to existing business processes and application usage standards.
• Ensure that change management procedures are followed for each executed change to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained over the applications life cycle.
• Ensure that disaster recovery procedures are in place and tested on a routine basis.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Good knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Proven ability to meet timelines prioritize tasks and engage with stakeholders.
• Project management experience will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLC/SCADA or OSI PI is an advantage.
