Job Description

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
The Scaled Success & Programs team drives customer success and value at scale through a digital-first approach across LinkedIn solutions. As part of the Scaled Success Measurement team, you will work with one of the richest proprietary data sets in the world and collaborate with a high-caliber, passionate team. You will lead high-impact projects and help prioritize strategies that drive customer success and value at scale.
Your work will supercharge our go-to-market efforts by embedding data into how we evaluate and improve our initiatives. You will develop tools and frameworks to measure the impact of the Scaled Solution Organization (SSO), using strong analytical skills, LinkedIn’s unique data, and disciplined project management techniques. Your insights will directly shape strategies to reduce churn and increase feature adoption—changing how one of the world’s leading tech companies delivers value at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional alignment on operational improvements, collaborating closely with Sales Ops and other internal teams
- Serve as a thought leader on measurement methodologies within the Scaled Solutions Organization, and foster alignment and shared prioritization among our partner teams
- Create requirements and project plans to drive deliverables on the roadmap
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical partner teams to both drive deliverables and foster stronger relationships
- Leverage LinkedIn’s unique data to create innovative tools to address business challenges
- Extract, analyze, and visualize data using SQL in Trino environments, Tableau, and internal systems to generate meaningful insights.
- Provide regular performance reporting and lead discussions on applying key learnings across teams
- Conceptualize and execute initiatives that help stakeholders make better data-driven decisions.
- Act as a customer-centric program manager, ensuring all projects and analyses are aligned with customer value.
- Evangelize the use of data in sales and champion the voice of our customers
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in data visualization and storytelling to derive insights
- 3+ years of experience using SQL to query large datasets, analyze data, and generate reports
- 4+ years of consulting or project/product/program management experience, working cross-functionally and presenting to stakeholders
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field (e.g., math, statistics, economics, business, or related) or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Capable of communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with stakeholder management and influencing without authority
- Possess business acumen and creative problem-solving skills
- Embrace intellectual curiosity with the desire & ability to learn
- Experience with or knowledge of Hadoop and Python
- Experience providing a business lens to analytical and technical problems
- Capable of translating user feedback into technical requirements
- Capable of understanding the value LinkedIn creates for members and companies AND getting excited thinking about the potential of its data to help solve business problems
