Responsibilities

The Global Privacy Operations team sits within the Digital Rights Hub, together with the Global Intellectual Property team, under the Trust and Safety umbrella. Our team serves as a key touchpoint between the business and the data subject. We design & administer various external-facing privacy channels, and facilitate the compliant processing & fulfillment of data subject rights (DSRs) and privacy rights from our users. We strive towards improving the privacy posture of the company through our work in assessing, managing, and fulfilling a broad spectrum of data subject requests & privacy requests in a compliant manner across the globe. The role involves working daily to support users with privacy image-rights related inquiries globally by accommodating their requests, allowing them to execute their privacy rights. Responsibilities – Effectively identify and resolve TDR privacy image-rights cases in line with the SOP, and through direct communication with our community of users and non-users; – Proactively collaborate with the Global Privacy Operations team to address and escalate complex TDR cases that are unclear, fall into grey areas, or are not covered by the SOP; – Effectively identify Data Subject Requests (DSRs) within the volume received and promptly escalate them to the Privacy Operations team by assigning them to the appropriate queue; – Support the improvement of TDR image-rights procedures and tooling through a feedback loop with the Global Privacy Operations team (e.g., highlighting trends, volume fluctuations, and technical bugs, if any).

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications – 3+ years of experience working in a TnS content moderation team with at least 1 year working in privacy and/or compliance team, i.e. Privacy Ops support, Digital-Rights Ops or a similar operations setting; – Strong knowledge of privacy and data protection in the context of digital platforms, including a solid understanding of key data protection laws such as the GDPR; – Ability to proactively identify opportunities to enhance the TDR image-rights process and policy at scale; – Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail; – Great written communication skills; – Operates with a high degree of integrity; Preferred Qualifications – CIPP-E certified.
