The Global Learning & Development Coordinator plays a key role in enabling high quality, scalable learning experiences for a diverse, global workforce. As part of the CRH Academy team, this role provides operational ownership across learning administration, program coordination, learning technologies, and corporate reporting.

The L&D Coordinator supports and partners a diverse group of stakeholders including other CRH Academy L&D Specialists/Program Managers, HR business partners, internal technology platform and reporting teams, as well as external vendors to ensure learning programs and self-directed offerings are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with a strong focus on learner experience and data integrity.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

Material development:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of different participant learning resources, communications and materials

Learning Operations & Administration:

  • Provide end-to-end administration and coordination for global learning programs and on demand learning offerings
  • Develop, schedule, and distribute learner and stakeholder communications
  • Act as first line support for learners participating in or engaging with CRH Academy offerings
  • Act as first line support for internal HR, Technology, Graphics, and Reporting stakeholders
  • Document, maintain, and continuously improve learning administration processes to increase efficiency and consistency
  • Provide practical system and platform recommendations that enhance learning design, usability, and learner experience
  • Manage end-to-end AI-translation process and prepare content for different learning environments

Learning Systems & Corporate Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all learning activities in SuccessFactors for compliance and reporting purposes
  • Coordinate and deliver cyclical corporate learning reporting requirements on behalf of the CRH Academy team
  • Support internal and external audits by providing learning records, completion evidence, and supporting documentation

Program & Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and milestones with external learning vendors and partners
  • Develop and maintain planning, tracking, evaluation, and governance documentation for learning initiatives
  • Support global learning projects by monitoring progress, identifying risks, and escalating issues as required

Data Insights & Continuous Improvements:

  • Monitor LMS dashboards and extract raw data to support deeper analysis and reporting
  • Analyze learner feedback, evaluations, and participation data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Continuously identify ways to strengthen the quality, consistency, and integrity of learning data
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve learner experience, operational effectiveness, and reporting outcomes

Experience / Education

You are/have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning, Instructional Design or a related discipline
  • 3-5 years learning administration, learning coordination or Program support
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (SuccessFactors experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, CoPilot)
