What You’ll Do:
- Draft, review, amend, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, and other agreements
- Collaborate with Sales to ensure contracts align with company policies and risk tolerance
- Coordinate execution of corporate and transaction documents
- Support development of contract management processes and playbooks
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years’ contracts management or contracts analyst experience
- Experience in fast-paced, commercial environments
- Strong contract and commercial law knowledge
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and administrative skills
- Solutions-focused, diligent, and strong relationship management skills
- Legal qualification preferred
