What will you do

We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated and detail-oriented Manager to join the Global Organization, supporting Tax and Statutory Operations. This role will help oversee our global outsourcing engagement with a third-party service provider, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of statutory and tax-related outputs across jurisdictions.

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and evolving area of the business, with exposure to global operations, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

How you will do it

  • Service Provider Management: Monitor service provider performance across statutory and tax deliverables, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
  • Statutory reporting: Oversee statutory financial statement preparation for legal entities globally, ensuring compliance with local regulations and timelines.
  • Tax Operations Support: Support tax accounting processes, including provision calculations, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including regional finance teams, tax leads, and external auditors.
  • Process Documentation & Controls: Maintain process documentation and controls, ensuring alignment with internal audit and compliance standards.
  • Continues Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives in partnership with the service provider and internal teams.
  • Transformation Initiatives: Support transformation and transition activities, including system implementations and organizational changes impacting LES operations.

What we look for

Required

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in statutory reporting, tax accounting or provisions, or shared services operations.
  • Background from Controllership, FP&A, or Internal Audit functions with experience in statutory reporting, compliance, or shared services.
  • Experience working with outsourced service providers or in a global finance environment preferred.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Process-oriented with a focus on operational excellence.
  • Adaptability and resilience in navigating change and ambiguity.

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Tax-specific background is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with strong operational and process management capabilities
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and tax reporting tools (e.g., OneSource)
