- IKEA Dublin are looking to welcome Sales Co-workers to their team.
- A Sales Co‑worker at IKEA helps customers find the right products while keeping the sales area tidy, stocked, and inspiring, actively offering product knowledge and solutions to boost sales.
- WHAT WE OFFER
- The Start Date of employment will be: 12th May
- Competitive hourly rate of €15.70 per hour.
- 18,24 and 30hr contracts working 4/5 days over 7 with every 4th weekend off.
- For these roles we are looking for daytime availalbity during the week along with evenings and both weekend days.

- WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
- Experience in a fast‑moving, customer‑facing environment would be a great advantage.
- Confident using computers and digital tools, with the ability to pick up new IKEA systems and processes with ease.
- You have a customer first mindset, where you make the customer feel valued and supported in everything you do.
- You take initiative, make well-informed choices, and actively engage with your daily tasks.
- Prioritise and organise your own work to make efficient use of the time available with great attention to detail.
- WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
- Provide an inspirational shopping experience for our customers by actively approaching them to identify their needs and advising them on the best solutions for their life at home.
- Enthusiastic about the range, curious to learn the stories behind the products and their design
- You support maximising sales by ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, fully stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop.
